Assignment Resources

  • What should your assignments look like? Solutions will be marked for accuracy, appropriateness of mathematical techniques and clarity of presentation.
  • Plagiarism: Plagiarism is the act of using other author's ideas and words or solutions without acknowledgement. It is a form of cheating and is considered as misconduct under official university policy. For more details, please see the official university policies on plagiarism, as well as the MyAdvisor information.
  • Disagreements: If you disagree with your assignment marks, ask your tutor for clarification, and then the course coordinator if you aren't happy with the response.  If this does not resolve the problem to your satisfaction, please refer to the official UQ policy on assessment.
