Overview

The ICE-EM Australian Graduate School in Mathematics for 2006 is funded by the Australian Government through the Department of Education, Science and Training.

This year, advanced courses are being offered on the three themes of Computation, Geometric Analysis and Mathematical Physics. These courses are aimed at postgraduate students in mathematics and cognate disciplines and will be presented by distinguished Australian and overseas-based researchers.

In addition to the lecture courses, attendees will have the opportunity to present their own research during the Graduate School. Each attendee will be required to present a seminar of 30 minutes to 1 hour on a topic related to their research interests.
