Creating Posters with LATEXand
xfig
Compiled by Matthew Dean, Tim Waterhouse, Dirk Kroese, Jon Links and others.
The following links will give you some assistance in creating a poster for a conference, or for the School
of Physical Sciences
Poster Day, as well as outlining the specific procedure for printing your
poster for Poster Day.
You are, of course, free to produce your poster with any program you choose, provided it
meets the given requirements. The advantage of a poster produced directly in LaTeX is, of course, that the
entire range of mathematical functionality is at your disposal.
