Subsidies

A number of travel and accommodation subsidies are available. Any full-time student from an AMSI institution who has been accepted to attend the Graduate Theme Program and lives outside the Brisbane metropolitan area is invited to apply for these.

Your Registration form includes a section where you can indicate if you would like to be considered for either of the two subsidies. If you have ticked these boxes you will be considered for a subsidy at the same time as your Application for Registration is assessed. You will be notified of acceptance and if you will receive one or both subsidies at the same time.

Accommodation subsidies:
100% room and full board subsidies are available at Emmanuel College, University of Queensland, only.

Travel subsidies:
You will have to pay for your travel in the first instance and will be reimbursed a fixed amount upon production of receipts once you arrive in Brisbane. The amount of the subsidy (up to 100% of return economy airfare from nearest capital city).
