Subsidies

A number of travel and accommodation subsidies are available. Any full-time student from an AMSI institution who has been accepted to attend the Graduate Theme Program and lives outside the Brisbane metropolitan area is invited to apply for these.

Your Application form includes a section where you can indicate if you would like to be considered for either of the two subsidies. If you have ticked these boxes you will be considered for a subsidy at the same time as your Application for Registration is assessed. You will be notified of acceptance and if you will receive one or both subsidies at the same time.

Accommodation subsidies:
Bed, breakfast, lunch and dinner subsidies are available at Cromwell College, University of Queensland, only.

Travel subsidies:
You will have to pay for your travel in the first instance and will then be reimbursed up to a fixed amount , listed in the table below, upon production of receipts once you arrive in Brisbane.
