High order explicit Pouzet pairs

Recent existence results suggest high order explicit Runge-Kutta Pouzet pairs are more efficient than high order explicit Runge-Kutta Bel'tyukov pairs when solving Volterra integral equations of the second kind.

An important question remains - are higher order Pouzet pairs more efficient than low order Pouzet pairs?
