Elastomer composites are more and more used in mechanical structures. The evolution of damage and mechanical rigidity is modelized by an algebraic differential equation of index 1. We use an homogenization technique well-suited for composites with periodic structures. The nonlinear problem is solved by a Newton method. We compare two numerical integration schemes: a waveform type and a Runge-Kutta type. To solve large problems, we develop a parallel version. Numerical results on two applications show the performances.
