Numerical models for HIV transmission dynamics will be presented and analysed. The associated ODE systems will be solved using finite-difference method. The approach adopted will be adapted and used to solve some ODE systems associated with the administration of anti-viral therapy (chemotheraphy and immunotheraphy) obtained by subdividing the infected and uninfected populations as treated and untreated categories.
