Trying to find an e-mail or snail-mail address? I decided not to maintain a list of such addresses on the Probability Web, as it would have proved too difficult and time consuming. In any case, most academic departments now have web servers with staff pages. Fortunately, there are several good sources of addresses: see, for example, the INFORMS Applied Probability Section Membership List, the American Mathematical Society's Combined Membership List (CML) search, and the UK Directory of Academic Statisticians. There is also a multitude of search engines you can try.
