Abstract:
Continuing
my brief look into pseudo-random number generators, I'll describe the algorithm
behind what is the current pseudo-random number generator of choice for
statistical simulations: the Mersenne Twister.

setting for these talks is quite informal as we are all non-experts. We aim to spark a good discussion on an
