The important dates for submissions to the conference are:

April 4	Early Submission of Papers for Newcomers
May 2	Final date for Submission of Full Papers
May 23	Reviewers Responses Due
May 30	Notification of Review Results
June 13	Final date for Submission of Revised Papers
August 22	Final date for Submission of Full Papers (second round) and Short Papers
September 12	Reviewers responses due (second round)
September 19	Notification of Acceptance of Full Papers (second round) and Short Papers
October 3	Final date for Submission of Revised Papers

Note that the deadlines for full paper submission will be very strict in order to meet the deadlines for publication in IJMEST.
