PhD/Honours projects

Welcome to Centre for Mathematical Physics, a research centre composed of people drawn from the School of Mathematics and Physics at The University of Queensland. The centre began in 1999 and the Director is Prof. Yao-Zhong Zhang of Mathematics.

Aims of the CMP

  • To pursue and promote research in mathematical physics
  • To strengthen connections between our Disciplines and other disciplines within the University
  • To cooperate and interact with other centres, both within Australia and abroad
  • To organize an active programme of visitors to the Centre for seminars and for joint research projects
